Neighbors on the Mount is . . . A Mount Washington volunteer action group of residents and businesses focused on improving the quality of life, public safety, and community connections for this beautiful, unique neighborhood.
 
Our Vision
We see the Mount as a true community – where people, know, care for, challenge and engage each other, as well as take pride in the unique beauty and potential of Mount Washington, creating a greater life together.
 
 
Our Mission
Neighbors on the Mount is a volunteer action group to help improve quality of life, public safety, and community connections in Mount Washington and Duquesne Heights.  All residents and business owners interested in building a stronger community are invited to participate.
 
Our Focus Areas, Committees and Core Team Leaders
Public Safety: Addressing the welfare, safety and security of our streets, homes, business and community
  Core Team Leaders: Tom Brady, Jill Harris, Thom Jones
Quality of Life: Promoting the feeling of well being that encompasses feeling secure, comfortable and at peace in our surroundings and with our lives
  Core Team Leaders: Lorraine Mollura, Marian Streiff
Community Connections: Creating a feeling of belonging to the neighborhood which inspires all who live here to be part of and participate in improving our connection with each other and our neighborhood. This necessitates clear and consistent communication and includes having fun!

Beautification: Keeping the Mount clear of rubbish and trash is thegoal, and having a good time while doing it is the best way to achieve that goal!
